How should I store my Vault City beers?
To maintain the vibrant fruit flavors and quality, we recommend storing all our beers cold (between 4-7°C) and upright. This ensures the best possible drinking experience.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The vast majority of our beers are vegan. However, we occasionally use lactose or honey in specific pastry sours. Please check the 'Dietary Info' section on each product page for full transparency.
What is the shelf life of a Vault City sour?
Our fruited sours are best enjoyed fresh to experience the intensity of the fruit. Most cans have a 12-month shelf life from the date of canning, which is printed on the bottom of the tin.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We typically process orders within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched via our carbon-neutral courier, your beer should arrive within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the UK. For international fans, we recommend checking our 'Stockists' page to find local distributors and bottle shops in your country.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if a can arrives leaking or damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
